GENTLENESS

Gentleness is humble, restrained strength that treats others carefully rather than using power to dominate.

Galatians 6:1–2; Matthew 11:28–30; 2 Timothy 2:24–25

Paul calls for gentle restoration with self-awareness. Jesus describes Himself as gentle and humble, offering rest rather than coercion.

UPWARD

Come to Jesus with weakness instead of performing strength. Learn His humble way.

OUTWARD

Lower your voice in a difficult conversation. Correct behavior without attacking the person’s worth.

DOWNWARD

Use authority and influence carefully; leave room for others to speak and contribute.

PRACTICE TODAY

Rewrite a harsh message before sending it. Keep the truth; remove the contempt.

REFLECT

When do I mistake harshness for courage? How can I use strength to protect rather than overpower?
