PEACE
Peace grows from reconciliation with God through Christ and shapes a life of prayer, trust, and peacemaking.
Romans 5:1; Philippians 4:6–9; Romans 12:18
Peace with God is grounded in justification through faith. Paul invites believers to pray and directs their attention toward what is true, while recognizing that peace with others is not always within our control.
UPWARD
Bring a specific worry to God in prayer rather than pretending you are untroubled.
OUTWARD
Seek reconciliation where safe and possible. Peace does not mean concealing harm or abandoning wise boundaries.
DOWNWARD
Practice a calmer rhythm with responsibilities: do the next faithful task rather than trying to control every outcome.
PRACTICE TODAY
Before a tense conversation, pray, write the facts, and choose one sentence that invites understanding.
REFLECT
What am I trying to control? What part of reconciliation is mine to pursue?
